Greeting, Alterlis's members/employees

As we see on everyday, we cannot recruiting members/employees, or growing up on our family/corporation, because we NEED money, and we CANNOT do anything about it. No one aiding us, Criminal groups establishing up everyday, and yes they joing criminal groups, but NOT legal groups... We are not complaining about Criminal vs Legal, but we are complaining about:

Funds
Members/Employees
Properties
Businesses
etc.

We need help!
